Problem with wireless on vista

I have a computer with ga-p35-ds3l and Intel dual core. Had an old linksys 802.11b/g card that didn't show up on anything in my system and couldn't connect to anything cause my system didn't show anything and didn't even register the card. I thought it was broken. So I bought a new wmp300n wireless card, and its still not showing up. Looked through manual to see if there was like something that disabled the pci slots, to no avail. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Start up in safe mode, remove all the drivers. Start up normally, reinstall drivers. Try the cards in another PC. Try them in another slot. Try resetting BIOS incase you messed with the settings.

Should I uninstall all my drivers? and start again with mobo drivers and stuff?

sorry took forever to reply lol. still not working either.
