im having problems with my home page!!!

For my home page i keep on getting the same home page that i dont want its sort of an add. i go to tools and click on internet options and i delete the previous home page that i didnt want (the add) and i close the window. then i open a new window and its the new one that i wanted, well if i turn my computer off or i restart the computer the add page comes back up and i cant do anything about it could anybody help me please!!!
