You need to give us more details. "Popping out" as you have described it is a totally useless term to us without more detail.

Start with a list of your system specs (i.e. motherboard, CPU, RAM, video card, etc), OS, and the security software you may be running (i.e. antivirus/firewall, etc). Describe specifically what you mean by "popping out". Is it something popping up on the screen, or is the system itself just making a popping sound? If something is popping upon on the screen, try to hit the Print Screen key while it is there so you can post a screen capture of it.

I am using Windows 7 Ultimate x64.
System spec: CPU - AMD Phenom II x6 1055T, MoBo - Asus m4a78lt-le, Videocard - Gigabyte GTX560 OC, RAM- Apacer 2x4GB 1333mhz.
Using the AVG anti-virus .

It is popping upon in the taskbar and immediately disapears. I have taken a screenshot of it.

That application icon is normally related to Windows Interactive Services Detection; however, malware packages have been known to try to replace UI0Detect.exe with their own version. The first thing to do is to run a full malware scan with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware to ensure that you haven't picked up a drive by download (AVG isn't the best antivirus package out there, and I personally don't have much trust in it).

If that comes up clean, you'll need to troubleshoot. You can disable the service, but it should be considered as a final resort as that won't solve the underlying problem. If you click on the icon, does it have a "Show program details" item to tell you what application is having a problem? Here is a link to start you on trying to troubleshoot this type of issue:
