Problem with volume control in Windows XP

Hi,

When I skip to a next mp3 in Winamp I have to adjust the Wave slider in volume control because it's not loud enough -- it seems like Volume control does not save my volume settings so this is really annoying

Im' not positive if this is the problem freegeeks; But try checking your file associations for mp3's and make sure that winamp is the associated program. If not change it. This could be the issue.

I already checked that -- all my mp3 are linked to winamp --
