Problem with Vista always changing back to a public network

ok.. I am on Windows Vista.. and I have my computer hooked up to my XBOX 360 through Internet Connection Sharing. In order to be able to watch videos on my 360 from my PC, I have to set my 360 to a private network. Problem is, it's at default public. And everytime I reboot my 360, I have to change it to private. Anybody have any idea to always make it a private network?
