Problem with Video Info Module in Sandra

The video info module in Sandra 'crashes' when I try to get the info on my video card. It's fine with the monitor info however. I have an ASUS V7100 GeForce2 MX 32MB, running nVidia 23.11 drivers (recently downloaded from the nVidia site). I also just downloaded Sandra from www.download.com. This same problem occurred with both earlier version of Sandra and nVidia drivers. The 'crash' is that I get a gray screen with vertical stripes of various colours towards the left hand side, and the computer is frozen (have to reboot - a soft reboot works). Anyone have any idea?
