problem with usps shipping

so i ordered a phone on ebay and according to signature confirmation it was signed by someone at my building, but apparently that someone doesnt even work in the building. i bought shipping insurance, what should i do?
 
Contact the seller, explain to them the situation, and ask them to start the claim process with usps. I had that happen one time, showed as delivered, but wasn't in my mailbox when I got home. Hopefully the seller did actual usps insurance, and not self-insurance, or you might have to argue with them (since it's showing as delivered).

In my case, yes. Mostly because he goofed, and left it in the mailbox, instead of requiring a signature (which is required for an insured package, though not for a delivery confirmation).
