Problem with touchscreen video?

Hey guys, not sure I am in the correct place but I am seeking help for a used touchscreen pc monitor I had purchased. It was working fine until I opened up the back of this all in one pc to change the hard drive but now when I put the cover back on I am not getting the video anymore only a blank grey screen, any ideas please? Oh, after opening the back cover of the touchscreen to try to see who the manuf of the motherboard is, I had to disconnect the video plug on the mobo connector, after inserting the plug back in, now I am seeing only a grey colored blank screen. The plugs are snugly reinserted so I am wondering if something may need resetting?

Logically it would seem that you did not correctly reinsert the display ribbon connector or somehow damaged it.

I can't get any info on the maker of this touchscreen pc which is why I could not give that info in my original post, the System info showed: Via Technologies and Model CLE266-8235 when I contacted them, they wrote:

Hello,Thanks you for your email. Please not we do not sell any systems in the end-user market. We do not sell any products which match the desription you have. Most likely the manufacturer utlizes our chipsets/motherboard for the system.

The CLE266-8235 refers to an old VIA north + south bridge chipset which supports our VIA Eden®, VIA Antaur™, VIA C3® x86 cpus. However without more details we cannot be sure which you have.
Thanks in advance,
