Problem with the volume?

My rig is down below in the sig and I have a 2.0 speaker setup...but my volume seems to be alot harder hear compared to the audio on my Dell laptop(Its good).I normally have my master volume at the 2nd bar from the left.And Wave/SW Synth/etc... all at the 2nd bar from the top(same as my Dell)...but I'm getting way less audio...I could turn up the volume but thats not the point.Does this have something to do with drivers?I'm not to sure I have the latest one.I visited the Creative Labs Website but their driver page doesnt work.

Please help?
BTW any other important settings I forgot to mention?
