just built this rig it is orthos stable at the speeds in my rig.

i am getting 5400 3dmark 06 scores and thinking that is pathetically low.

i tried checking all my settings and everything seems great but what is the matter here?
 
Seems alright to me.

Don't know what your complaining about.
You actually score higher then that test (probably because both your CPU and video card are overclocked.

Make sure it's running with every type of optimization on (Cat AI to advanced, etc..) and at the default 1280x1024 resolution.

Not happy with it?
Buy a better card.
 
I get about 4300 with my 1950 and the cpu in the my sig.... That oc'ed c2d is giving you the boost... sheesh !
