a "long file name dosent matter what matters is how big the file isand deleting only 1 wolnt make a difference that youll notice. but yes a defrag will help close up loose sectors that are caused by tempory files deleted files and ...ect
personialy i defrag once every 3 months but i do a lot of video editing with 10g+ files

How do you get rid of files with short file names from the hard drive sectors?
