after i delete a file with a super long file name, how should i go about getting rid of it in the hard drive sectors? should i just do a simple defrag?

a "long file name dosent matter what matters is how big the file isand deleting only 1 wolnt make a difference that youll notice. but yes a defrag will help close up loose sectors that are caused by tempory files deleted files and ...ect
