Problem with Splenda

I live in a household of diabetics. Of the readily available sweetners Splenda is kind of the lesser of 3 evils. Sweet & Low and Equal are both the worst junk ever to be produced.

Try Stevia. Natural no calorie sweetener. :thumbsup:

It's the latest and greatest in terms of potential health risk/calories.

Even some yuppie drinks are implementing Stevia. It should be much more readily available in the coming years.

At Costco, they started carrying it under the "Truvia" name. I've also seen it Trader Joes and Whole Foods.
