Right click on your calendar, choose Properties... Go to permissions, and ADD whoever you would like to have access to your folder.

Chances are if you are at work your exchange department has groups setup, so you dont need to go name by name...

There should be. There have been in all the previous versions of it for the past decade. You should see it in the second row of tabs.

hrm, what version of outlook? I don't even see a "sharing" option when I right click my calendar

Is it your calendar specifically or is it a calendar in a public folder?

got the damn thing to work. When i click on the calendar, it was actually in the personal folder, so no sharing tab and permission tab. I have to open the user account, the one that's connected to the exchange server and not the personal folder that's downloaded to the local computer, problem solved.
