Problem with Radeon 8500DV Modding

Hi all, this is my first attempt at modding a video card. I replaced the stock heatsink and fan with a Thermaltake Crystal Orb and added ram sinks to the video rams. Both the orb and the ram sinks are hold in place with Arctic Silver Epoxy. Once everything was dried and put back in the computer, I started it up and saw artifacts on the monitor. I thought at first I might have crossed some leads with the Arctic Silver epoxy so I cleaned off the excess epoxy with some ethanol. The problem is that once I thought I cleared off the excess epoxy and dried the card down, the card actually produced a lot more artifacts once I started up the computer again. I dosn't look like I damaged any transistors or capacitors on the card so I'm pretty much stuck now. Please HELP!!! Please let me know if you have any ideas on getting the card up and running again. Thanks.
