Problem with password and Outlook Express

Sometimes Outlook Express asks for user name and password although i have checked the option "remember password" under the tools->accounts->mail->properties->server.

Thanks for the link wiredspider, although it is for Outlook 2000,XP, and 2003 and not for Outlook Express
