Problem with Palm OS and Outlook when syncing

I know there's probably a more appropriate forums for a thread like this but I need some quick replies.

Everytime I Hotsync my palm (Treo 600) and Outlook2003 calendar folder, it creates 2 additional calendars (as seen under 'My Calendar' in Calendar view). I'm up to about 11 calendars now!
How do I stop this?
I should mention Pocket Mirror is also installed in addition to Palm Desktop (latest versions of both).


Also, does anyone know if it's possible to sync my email with this PDA?
I don't see a mail conduit installed and couldn't find it anywhere in the software.

Why not try General Hardware, where they help troubleshoot hardware problems?? Or even Peripherals?? or perhaps Software?
