Problem with opening a new window in Internet Explorer 6

Whenever I right click on a hyperlink and select "open link in new window" the new window pops up but nothing loads in it. There is no addy in the addy bar, and it's almost like that new window freezes up. I tried to re-download IE 6 but it only installs something thats 21kb. What else can I do?

There is a fix for that particular problem in IE6 SP1.

I have sp1 installed already. I'm running Windows XP Pro SP1, and Internet Explorer 6 SP1
