Here is the story
2 weeks ago I subscribed to an online service (pay news server) and I had to fill in the usual cc info.
As it turned out my cc was blocked by their cc processor because I filled antarctica in as country
The newsgoup helpdesk advised me to open a ticket directly with their cc processor to unblock my card so I can use their sevice

xxx tech support told me to contact your service to unblock my card.

The block on that order has been lifted. Make sure you input valid information on all orders.

It's still not working. I tried to signup again with xxx (with all the correct information) and I get a "cc authorization failed error".

It's still not working. I'm still getting the "Credit Card Authorization Failed!!"
This is getting ridiculous. I can understand that the card was blocked for security reasons after the first signup but this is now the second time that I received confirmation that the card is unblocked and it's still not working.
I hope that you have a solution for my problem as quick as possible or I'm forced to contact xxx that I'm unable to use their service because their cc processor can not unblock my legit cc for whatever reason.

wtf is that last respons. They know that the card is legit and I get an answer like that!!! They failed to unblock the card on 2 different occasions (they are even admitting that the card was still blocked after the 1st ticket). The newsgroup service is going to lose my business because their cc processor is unable to unblock an OK cc.
I want to stress that I stayed friendly in all these tickets and even in the last ticket I admitted that it's normal that the cc was blocked the first time.
what can I do ??
Submitting another ticket is clearly not going to help (from his last answer, it's clear for me that they don't give a sh*t about my problem).
