problem with netmeeting

When I use netmeeting the person I am conferencing with cannot hear or see me but I can see and hear them. I checked the boxes to send video and audio automatically and they are set to recieve it but nothing hapens on their end. Can somebody help me? I am not behind any firewall or router and it works on another computer in my house.
 
There are many possibilities. As one example, one of you may be behind a firewall or router, which will result in either one-way A/V or no A/V at all.

Without specifics of your hardware configs, your networking environments and your connection types, we'll just be shooting in the dark to resolve this.
