Problem with my temps

I have the DFI NF3 250 GB and A64 3000+ I'm using the stock hsf with AS5 and right now, I have an 80mm Antec exhaust fan blowing in over the hsf. I just put it together the other day and haven't put the sides on yet, but MBM 5 says I'm idling around 45-47C. I'm not sure if the problem is with MBM 5 because it doesn't expressly list my mobo and I have chosen the wrong sensor or if it is really running that hot. For those with similar setups, do you still use MBM 5 (if so, what settings do you use) or what other program should I use, or do I need to fix my setup?

use speedfan and run a stress test, the value that rises the most will be your cpu temp

Running the test I have one temp that has moved from 46->57, one from 32->40 and one that's only moved two degrees from 34->36. I'd guess that either of the first two could be it. Any ideas on which one is the CPU temp? If it's the first one, any suggestions on how to lower it some more?
