I have come on the strangest problem I've ever seen. I have an LG VX8350 with Verizon. Randomly, the phone will drop audio while using a headset. It does not matter whether I use a wireless or wired headset or which models I use. In mid-conversation, audio just drops and I can no longer hear them. The other person can hear me just fine. If I disconnect the Bluetooth headset or wired headset, and go to the handset, there is still no audio. Eventually, audio comes back.
For a short while I was with AT&T and using the same headsets, I had no problems. Zero. I returned to Verizon to bide my time for the new iPhones but this is beyond infuriating.
Verizon has swapped out the phone twice now and the problem keeps happening. Their solution is to offer me a THIRD VX8350. What's the point when the damn thing keeps going out?
Has anyone ever heard of such a problem?
