Guys, my shift keys are screwing up. Some buttons work fine with the shift keys but others won't work. When I hold the shift key and try pressing one of the buttons that don't work, no text shows up for a while and I have to keep tapping them simultaniously to make 1 capitalized key come out. Can anyone help this weird problem?
 
did you install the software? are you using usb or the converter? try unistalling the drivers and reinstalling them.
