Question Problem with integrated camera on Thinkpad

I have a Thinkpad T14s. I was having an issue with the camera in MS Teams - it would not turn on, despite working perfectly well in Zoom and Google Meet. I tried to update the drivers, and the only thing I managed to accomplish is stop the camera from working at all. I've checked the privacy settings, installed and uninstalled and rolled back every driver I could find, uninstalled and reinstalled the camera, updated the firmware, even upgraded to Win 11. No dice. I'm out of ideas on what to do, other than reinstall the OS clean. Any other suggestions for things to try?

Did you try contacting lenovo for advice? Odd that it would work in zoom and google but not teams!

Whenever I've seen camera problems it has been the camera itself on a usb connected one...

It would suck to reinstall the whole OS for this!

I didn't contact them, they don't appear to have any free support options. I'm not going to reinstall my OS most likely, I can use my work laptop for video, but this is annoying.

I agree, super annoying. Another alternative if acceptable to you is to try a USB webcam to see if that works?
