Problem with i815 onboard and GTS

Hi, I have a i815e motherboard and was using onboard video, but now I just bought a GTS and found it doesn't work in WinMe, it just crash before getting into windows everytime. However Win2k seems to be quite ok. I believe this is because NIC use IRQ 11 along with the videocard, but I tried GF1 sdr previously, which seemed to be running nicely.. I don't know what's going on with that..
