Problem with hard drive

Hi I have A8N-SLI and 74 gig raptor hard drive... everything is working great except for one thing...

When i boot up the computer, I get this "safely remove hardware" icon at the bottom right corner (next to the clock).

The thing is, I dont want to remove this... it's my only harddrive and it's internal... I dont know why that safely remove this hardware icon pops up.

anyone know how to get rid of this?
