Problem with Gigabyte motherboards

When using motherboards with via chipset for amd (7VRX or 7vrxp) with double sided dimms i get blue screens , or the computer keeps restarting. This happes with any os i install. When using single sided dimms everything works ok. The opposite happens with sis chipset for intel cpu's (8srx). I am having problems with single single sided dimms while double sided work fine. Gigabyte has nothing for this on their site. This happens with 333 DDR memory. I don't have the pissibility to find single sided DDR 266 dimms. Any ideas how i can overcome this problem?

Send board back , it should work with both and you shouldn't be stuck with a board that can't use both.
