Problem with Firefox and Noscript extension...

Right now, I'm allowing scripts globally, so it works. However, if I disable global scripts, even if I manually allow every script blacklisted by Noscript on anandtech, like googlesyndication.com and advertising.com, it doesn't work. There's nothing left to allow, but clicking the new topic button pops nothing up. I have the same problem on other sites with pop-up's not showing. Once I allow scripts globally, then I can create a topic, edit a message, quote, etc. This is a relatively new issue, so I'm assuming a recent update to Noscript crapped it out.

Anyone have any ideas?

which version? They seem to make minor changes to the extension quite often. I'm using 1.1.6.08 and I'm not experiencing the problem you are.

They're up to 1.1.6.12 now on noscript.net. Try updating to the latest version

Try the update now. According to the official web page, this update *should* fix your problem

"? The 1.1.6.12 update fixes one regression, introduced during the recent war against URI exploits, which may prevent some legit javascript: links from working properly in some configurations."
