problem with file transfer

i am trying to transfer a 4gb iso file to my 30gb ipod. the ipod has about 22gv left but if i try to transfer, it tells me that htere is no space on the ipod even though there is. what is the problem

Is your Ipod formatted with Fat32? for files bigger than 1 gig you need ntfs file system.
