One of my fans has been fux0ring up and I'm not sure what happened to cause it...

It wouldn't work so I unplugged it and plugged it back in... Nothing... But I noticed it started moving than stopped when I plugged it in... So I plugged in it halfway and it works fine...

Should I be worried about this???
