I am tryiing to install an ethernet card (Intel InBusiness 10/100 Network Adaptor) in my HP and I am having a lot problems with it. When I go to the device status it says:
"This device is disabled because of teh BIOS for the device did not give it an IRQ (Code 29).
You must enable the device in teh BIOS. See your hardwared documentation for details........."

and then when I checked its resouces it said:
"Memory Range 00000000-00000FFF used by :
System boeard extensions for PnP BIOS
"Memory Range 00000000-000FFFFF used by :
System boeard extensions for PnP BIOS
"Memory Range 00000000-000FFFFF used by :
Standard PCI Graphics Adaptor (VGA)
Input/Output Range 0000-003F used by:
Motherboard Resources
Input/Output Range 0000-003F used by:
Programmable interrupt controlloer"

How do I fix this so that my ethernet card does not conflict with all this other stuff?

thanks in advance

Thanks a lot man, I just changed the OS configuration from Win98 to other and it worked for some odd reason, even though I am using Win98. I just hope this doesnt give me problems in the future.
Thanks a lot
