I've got a pretty odd problem (in my estimation) with a system I built using an ECS K7S5A, Athalon 1500+, and an AMD approved 350 watt PSU. After I shut down the computer from Win 98 and let it sit for a while (couple hours, or overnight), it won't turn back on when I press the power switch on the front of the case. I can get it going fine if I disconnect and reconnect the PSU from the mobo, but that's no solution. Additionally, if I turn the computer back on after it's been off for only a few minutes, I have no problem doing so.
Anyone have any clue what is causing this, or (preferably) have a fix for it? I'd really like to be able to hand this computer over to my girlfriend in complete working order soon, so help is much appreciated. Thanks.
