Hi,

I have a Duron 700 with a Abit Kt7 motherboard and a Thermaltake Super Orb. I filled off the side so it wouldnt hit the transisters, my brother wanted to put it in so i figued he would do no harm cus hes built 3 computers already. Yet he managed to hit the cpu's die and chipped a TINY piece of the die on the top left portion. My computer runs fine, but CPUInfo V2.00 beta 2 reports i have 64 kb on L1 and 64kb on L2. This is wierd because there should be 128KB on L1.

Is this a direct result from when the die was chipped? It's hardly noticeable though, the corner just looks curved now compared to the sharp edges on other sides. It didn't leak out die though.
