Problem with CS:S Source on new PC

I recently built a new rig with an E6400, 2GB Ballistix DDR2-800, Asus P5K Deluxe, EVGA 7900GS, etc. It runs Company of Heroes, Call of Duty 2, and Medieval Total War II perfectly however when I play CS:S, every 20-30 seconds the game seems to freeze for a second or two and then resumes like normal. My ping is usually at around 30-60 depending on the server and I run everything on high except for 2x AA and at 1680x1050. Does anyone have any ideas why my game is doing this?

Have you tried disabling AA? I know your system seems like it should be capable of handling it, but I've seen some pretty nice systems choke with AA on in CS: Source and HL: 2.

wireless? What are your rates set at? You could try rate 25000, cl_cmdrate 100, cl_updaterate 100

Also, assuming wireless, open notepad and put the following in

net stop wzcsvc

And then save it as a .bat and run that. I had the same problem though less frequent and this remedied it. Also check for other programs accessing the internet while your ingame.

Edit: I did both of the suggestions but still get the problems but less frequently. Yes I am on wireless. Is there anything else I can try?
