Problem with Alcatraz:Prison Escape

Every board I went to and the official site did not help me or reply to my problem.Someone on another board told me that I can probably get answers here and I hope so.My problem is with the game Alcatraz😛rison Escape(wich nobody probably heard of).It seems that I can play a new game with no problem but I can't load a save game cause it freezes.I can here the background but I'm stuck at the menu screen.Please help me or at least reply and tell me you do or don't now my problem.I went everywhere for answers and this is my last hope so can someone please try and help me.

Sorry I dont have a answer for you, I almost got that game but it looked too crappy. Wait till monday and call their tech support. Good Luck!
