Problem with AB9 Pro BIOS update

I've just updated the BIOS on my AB9 Pro, following the instructions given to me by an Abit representatice and also the instructions that I was linked to in the read me. However, I now have a 00 post code when there is power to the motherboard, rather than the 99 code I used to have. Also, it will not boot at all when the CMOS jumper is in, but when there is not jumper over the pins, it will boot and give a C1 error (which I expected). Can someone help me by providing a solution to this problem? Thanks in advance.

Edit: Found out that the 99 code is only if you have just shut down and not permenent. The other problem with the CMOS still persists.

The CMOS jumper has 3 pins. Check that the jumper is connecting the same 2 pins that were connected as original.
The Abit Windows flash utility has always worked fine with my Abit IC7 board. So, try re-flashing using the Windows mode
flash utility.
