Problem with 9100

So i installed a radeon 9100 into my old computer yesterday and the display got worse. Im not sure what happend. The video card shows that its installed in device manager, but it doesnt show in the performance. Anyone know what i can do to try and fix this

could be anything, you might need to do a fresh install of windows or it might be a bad card.
