Problem while opening Ebay web site

Whenever i press the "larger picture" button under the picture of the product on the left side of the site, i can't manage to open a new internet explorer windows to view it. I have enabled popups in the properties but still can't open the new browser windows to view the enlarged picture. I have windows xp with sp2
