Problem w/ W2k Installation ERROR MSG

My system has been up and running fine for about 3 weeks and then last night I try to turn it on and I get a blue screen saying

STOP: 0X0000000026(0X00040IF0,0XBFCE2CF0,0XBFCE2948,0X804671D4,CDFS_FILE_SYSTEM
ADDRESS 80467104 BASE AT 804000000,DATE STAMP384D5A76-ntoskrnl.exe
GO TO SAFE MODE UNINSTALL ANY NEW SOFTWARE BLAA BLAA BLAA (You know the rest)

Tonight I spent 6 hours doing a zero fill format so that I would have a nice clean drive to install the OS.
I started to install W2K and when it started copying files it stoped about 17% and that blue screen message again.

Has anyone seen this before? I used the same CD to install the OS on my other 2 machines no problems.

😕
