After seeing a review of Anandtech about the OCZ3700 rev2 I was astonished about his performance, soon I ordered it, the problem is Anandtech said it will go to 520Mhz in 1/1 ratio, and I can barely go to 500, the max stable I could do it was 490Mhz in 1/1, I got the same MB they use to test it.

Can someone enlight me why I can't have the same timings and ratio they did.

If i need to post more info tell me what I need to post, thanks

Edit: I forgot to tell my CPU is a 2.4C and my MB is a P4C800-E

It's impossible for every RAM module to reach the same overclocked speed. They are spec'ed to a certain range and that is all, any more, and it's all luck of the draw or brute overclocking force (high voltages, etc...)

That being said, you should try more volts. Possibly 2.85, which I believe is the BIOS maximum of the P4C800-E.

Or perhaps it is not the memory that is holding you back, but rather your CPU which cannot go up to 260FSB (DDR520 1:1).

Gotta look at the other factors involved.
