The web page title displays correctly, but the body of the page is all garbage in both IE6 and Firefox 2.0

I use Windows XP SP2 with all the latest Service Packs. I have the East Asian language pack stuff installed with all the Chinese language and input stuff installed. The page is a Shockwave page and I have the latest Shockwave plugin installed.

I dunno what is wrong..other Chinese pages display correctly
