i recently bought a happauge pvr usb2 (its a pvr 250 in usb2 form), its been running great, it recently noticed though that i get black lines which move across the scren, they are faint and hard to notice, but most visible on a black screen, to test if its a problem with my card or not, I installed and ran the card on my ibm laptop and it ran perfect, which makes me think its a problem with the onboard usb on the pc.
the pc hsa the following specs
Athlon xp 2600+
ecs nfroce 2 motherboard (n2u400a)
is there a way to get around this or is my best bet to invest in a new usb2 pci card,
