Problem updating BIOS

I tried to update my Epox 8KDA3J the other day with the latest BIOS. Magic BIOS downloaded the bin & launched WinFlash to update. Well, it looked like it erased the BIOS (seemed to do something anyway), but when it tried to update it gave this message:
The File's BIOS-Lock string does not match with your system!!

I can't roll back to my old BIOS (get the same message) and can't update to any others manually. I haven't tried AWDFlash because I don't have a floppy drive. I've never made a cd that boots DOS but I suppose it can be done. Anyway, does anyone have any ideas to fix my BIOS that don't involve a floppy disk?

Thanks,
jaybee

PS: I've updated the BIOS before in the same fashion. No problems. Can't update at all now though.
