As I said in this thread (for a WMP9 problem), I tried to update the drivers for my Epox 8KHA+ onboard sound, with the Realtek A3.37.2 drviers from Epox.com, but don't think they installed.
Before installing, the "Device Mgr->Sound Video and Game Controllers->VIA AC'97 Enhanced Audio Controller (WDM), Driver Tab" showed:

Here's what I did in my install:
I clicked Uninstall, uncompressed A3.37.2 drivers, went to Temp dir, ran Setup.exe, got warning about XP logo (thought being WDM drivers, I wouldn't get this?), clicked continue, rebooted.
But then the Driver details tab still show the exact same details as above. What did I do wrong?
