Problem to overclocking with Apacer

P3-700E(cB0), oc to 933(133x7)
Asus CUBX
Matrox Millennium G400 MAX 32MB
Apacer PC133 SDRAM 256MB(128 x 2)

It can run with 933 and stable in win98 but 256 will drop to 64.
It run with original heatsink and fan, 1.65v.
Also try up to 1.90v(cpu) and 3.60v(vio) but still drop.

That two of Apacer PC133 SDRAM P/N is (71.73350.114)

Did you also have this problem with Apacer or other? Any solution? Please Help!!!
 
Try setting you SPD detect to manual in your bios. Did you load the latest Intel .inf files for your chipset? Does you memory test at bootup show all of your memory but not under System Properties/Performance show a smaller amount? Try running your cpu at default speed and see what it says. Make sure that you that you have your memory in slots 1 and 2 on your mobo.
