Reapply heatsink goo. I bet the heatsink isn't sitting on the processor right or something like that and has caused all the heatsink compound to run off. Wait a second, I guess that might not be possible because I think the retail heatsink uses a pad not thermal paste. Hmmm, not really sure what your problem is.

BTW, there is no thermal compound being used... but rather a thin layer of ARCTIC SILVER II.

I re-applied the HSF... seems to have a proper fit, and both clamps on the HSF are correctly fastened.
