I'm trying to get it (AVerMediaTV Studio) set up under W98se. The drivers install no problem with no conflicts anywhere. Although, when I try to install the AVerMedia Utility Software, I get an information box popping up that says: Please make sure your Driver is installed properly. That's as far as I've been able to get so far. I"ve tried using both the CD-ROM and downloaded software from Avermedia's site.

Specs:
Asus P3V4X
Voodoo 5 5500
Philips Acoustic Edge

UPDATE:

If I try to run the setup from H:\TVFLEET\Win9X-VXD\AVerTV Studio\disk1\setup.exe, I get a popup that reads:

WARNING: User must complete Product Key Input before this installation! Otherwise, this installation may function incorrectly. Please run Product Key Utility "DRVCFG.EXE" from CD.

After running the Product Key Utility, I still get the same warning message. Help me before I throw this damn 'puter out the window:disgust:

UPDATE 2:

Got it figured out. Even though I'm running W98se, I needed to use the W98 drivers that were on the disk. Not the W98se drivers.
