Problem running through multiple routers

Ok my little brother is trying to connect to guildwars and he can from one computer but not the other.
Our home network consists of two routers A and B. A is connected to the modem, and then B is just hooked up to A. that way we can get wireless to the entire house.
the computer he can connect on is on routerA, the computer he cant get on is on routerB. Both routers have all ports open and unblocked.
He even physically moved his comp into range of routerA and was able to connect, so we know its not his computer...

Anyone know how to fix this problem?

thanks

Is Router B wired and Wireless both?
if so you could just use Router B for everything.

But if not, you may have DHCP setup on both Routers and that could be causing your problem perhaps.disable the DHCP on Router B so that only Router A gives the IP's.

Good Luck.

Shawn.

Setup a static route in the wireless router for all traffic to be directed to the other gateway that is connected to the net, simple 🙂

route 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0 to the ip address of the internet connected router.
