Problem running 2 monitor setup using 8600M GT

Hey guys,

I've run into a bit of a snag, I've set up my monitor and plugged it into my laptop, ran the Nvidia Dual Monitor Wizard, setup for dual view, namely that the monitors run independantly of eachother and I can drag windows from one to another.

The problem? My desktop background shows up on my 2nd monitor, but I can't move my mouse over there, and I can't put anything on it.

Any clue as to what I might be doing wrong?

is it setup as the left or right monitor? (eg. if your mouse can't move to the right to it....try moving to the left side instead)..

Sometimes people screw that up...thinking that their physical monitor setup is going to be the same as to how Windows sets up their monitors..
