I use a Creative Annihilator 2 Geforce 2 GTS 32MB

Whenever i load up everquest and enter the game it freezes up and my computer automatically restarts

Upon booting up to desktop Windows XP gives me an error saying that the GeForce 2 is the result of this improper shutdown and the device drivers may not be working properly...

I use default drivers that Win Xp gives me and i havent added anything new to my setup...


How do i fix this? what could be the problem?
 
Coud not find any drivers except the ones on the NVidia site - installed them and still got same issue (also got the popup that stated the drivers didnt pass the Windows XP certifications etc)
 
can anyone tell me which drivers they use?

Do you guys suggest maybe going back to Win 98 or another OS to try diff drivers that might work with Everquest? =x
 
i recently got this problem too....but i still can't find a solution
it happened after updated windows with Windows Update
